OUR OFFERING TRADES

                                                                           PLUMBING & PIPE FITTING

The Plumber should be one of the heroes of modern society. In the 19th century, people moved closer together for work in Industrial Revolution jobs. Typhoid, cholera and dysentery killed thousands due to issues of human waste. Modern plumbing methods, and our Hero the Plumber, helped eliminate this means of spreading infectious diseases. Look at societies today with poor sanitary sewer                                                                                 systems and you'll see a high infant                                                                                         mortality rate and a low longevity.

                                                                           ELECTRICAL WIRING

Wires and cables are rated by the circuit voltage, temperature and environmental conditions (moisture, sunlight, oil, chemicals) in which they can be used, and their maximum current. Wiring safety codes vary by country, and the international Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) is attempting to standardise wiring amongst member countries. Colour codes are used to distinguish line, neutral and earth (ground)                                                                             wires.

INTERLOCKING

In railway signalling, an interlocking is an arrangement of signal apparatus that prevents conflicting movements through an arrangement of tracks such as junctions or crossings. The signalling appliances and tracks are sometimes collectively referred to as an interlocking plant. An interlocking is designed so that it is impossible to display a signal to proceed unless the route to be used is proven safe.

WELDING

Welding is a fabrication or sculptural process that joins materials, usually metals or thermoplastics, by causing fusion, which is distinct from lower temperature metal-joining techniques such as brazing and soldering , which do not melt he base metal. In addition to melting the base metal, a filler material is typically added to the joint to form a pool                                                                               of molten material (the weld pool) that                                                                                   cools to form a joint that is usually                                                                                         stronger than the base material. pressure                                                                                 may also be used in conjunction with heat,                                                                             or by itself, to produce a weld.

                                                                          WATER PROOFING
Waterproofing is the process of making an object or structure waterproof or water-resistant, so that it remains relatively unaffected by water or resisting the ingress of water under specified conditions. Such items may be used in wet environments or under water to specified depths.
